Assessment of Higher Auditory Functions as a Standard in Functional Assessment

Abstract

The presented material is a summary of the analysis based on Polish and foreign literature, elements of auditory processing and own observations. Directly available these activities, which come from the results of research from the Neuroflow ATS application, include students with recurrent or equipped with health elements and students with psychological and pedagogical diagnosis in the clinic with school difficulties or language problems. After the collected initial material, that the combined health interview may, but does not have to, predispose to auditory processing disorders (APD). However, as part of the prevention of speech disorders in the society of awareness of knowledge about speech and language disorders in addition to typical information activities, it is advisable to indicate in the use of central auditory views (CAPD) as standard formulations regarding concepts (or concepts once during teaching), when there are premises for this in scientific indications (reporting them as symptoms for: dyslexia, ADHD or sensory).
