Theme of the issue: Homo familiaris – the family in pedagogical theory and practice

This issue is devoted to the issue of family education from a pedagogical perspective in relation to contemporary research on and for the family. Issues addressed include conceptualization of the subject and directions of research on family education, methodological solutions and dilemmas, and explanatory theories, including recommendations for pedagogical practice, and family support and assistance. This issue is being published in the anniversary year (1996–2026) of the establishment of the Rev. Prof. Piotr Poręba Department of Family Pedagogy within the Institute of Pedagogy at the Catholic University of Lublin.
