The Role of Resilience in Supporting the Mental Health of Future Teachers

Abstract

The article addresses the current problem of mental health resilience of future primary school teachers. In addition to theoretical issues related to resilience and mental health, it presents the results of the conducted research, which reveals the levels of mental health of future teachers and resilience, as well as the interdependencies between them. A two-way correlation between mental health indicators and mental stability was revealed, which confirms the constructive role of resilience in maintaining and developing the mental health of future primary school teachers.
