When considering the axiosphere of the school, two axiological spaces can be distinguished. The first space is the values present in the socio-cultural environment in which the school functions. The second space is constituted by the values preferred and realized in and by the school, which are programmatically conditioned, that is, contained in the Basic Curriculum, the educational and preventive program of the school, the content of the subjects taught, and in the preferred and realized hierarchy of values by the subjects of the school. Thus, two categories of the axiosphere of school functioning can be distinguished: external and internal. The value structures in the two axiospheres merge and interpenetrate each other, constituting a factor in the development of the school and its subjects, on the sole condition that there will be their integration with the functions of the school: educational, didactic, caring, cultural. One of the important conditions for the implementation of the above strategy is to conduct quantitative and qualitative empirical research and research in action, developmental research.
