Fr. Luigi Giussani certainly entered the newest for good Church history, not only in Italy. The charism that gave birth to Comunione e Liberazione (one of the most influential charismatic movements after the Second Vatican Council), for more than half a century, has exerted pressure on the formation of hundreds of thousands of Christians and followers of other religions not only in Europe but also beyond its borders. The zones of influence of Fr. Giussani covered many areas, including: culture and art., catechization, pedagogy, ecumenism, social and charitable activity. From the moment he strarted his activity, Fr. Giussani, his charism has stimulated the development of the community of the Church and her pastors, both in the particular and universal dimension, to this day. And although more than seventeen years have passed since the death of the Italian priest, his ideas are still alive and are constantly subject to scientific and spiritual refletion. The clear trace of which is not only the ongoing beatification process, but also thousands of ,,spiritual sons and daughters” of Fr. Giussani, who try to live their experience of meeting Christ based on the method he proposed.
