The Operational Control in the Parish

Abstract
The article presents the possibilities to use operational control in the parish. Firstly, the author defines the essence of operational control which is also called the control over the operation; next he presents how operational control is used in the primary and secondary sectors. In the further part of the article he enumerates the possibilities to use operational control in the parish pastoral care, with the emphasis on the pastoral plans and programs, on the realization of pastoral care as well as on the pastoral care priests’ ministry.
