Abstract
Identity of ideas, phenomena and things are made up of history, paradigm and innovativeness. This is a profound methodological truth which should also be employed in social work related issues. It is then followed by definition coining process which culminates in the attempt for social work’s elementum constitutivum. This involves hermeneutics as a phenomenon (knowledge and science) as well as comprehension, explanation and interpretation process of all the symbols which lead to a discovery of meaningful sense. Thus defined hermeneutics is truth-associated and eventually it is a person-creating factor, since it finds its fulfilment only in a person. Mysterium personae – the person’s world delineates methodological examination in the field of social work; this is where a person is understood the ultimate good in the homo homini relation. This publication, for obvious reasons contains draft and synthetic sketches only.
