    Preaching of the Word of God in the Light of the Documents of the Evangelical Church of the Augsburg Confession in Poland

    Abstract

    The Evangelical Church of the Augsburg Confession in Poland referring to the ancient traditions of the Christian Church and the Reformation, it emphasizes the importance of preaching the Word of God. This will be confirmed in the current documents developed by the Church Synod. Documents of the Evangelical Church of the Augsburg Confession in Poland focused primarily on: the essence of the preaching, the preparation of the candidates, the duties and tasks of evangelical clergy and the content of the preaching. These topics may be constitute the substantive basis for the further development of the protestant homiletics but also catholic homiletics formal or detailed.
