The Application of the Electronic Delivery Service Act by Attorneys at Law

Abstract

This study examines the implementation of tools for the computerisation of administration and justice in Poland, as well as the broader context of digital transformation. The paper specifically addresses the application of the provisions of the Electronic Delivery Service Act by legal advisers. The author analyses the obligations imposed on legal advisers following the entry into force of this Act. Additionally, the paper discusses issues arising from amendments to the provisions under review. In the concluding section, several postulates are presented, the implementation of which could positively impact the fulfilment of the obligations set forth by the Electronic Delivery Service Act.
