    Kulturoznawstwo i problem sztuki

    Abstrakt

    The article touches the problem of cultural studies – the methodological and theory-cognitive status of this field of knowledge and its place (competence) among the sciences about the culture. It presents the issue of a dispute about the art theory and the philosophical context of this dispute. It also briefly discusses (the so-called privative) theory of art.
