The Fourth Revolution of Social Communication

Abstract

The emergence of hybrid reality – combining two distinct spaces of human presence, namely the classical and the virtual – has transformed the scale, scope, and nature of contemporary social communication. Integrating these dimensions enables communication to unfold in new ways, introducing different dynamics of interaction and redefining traditional temporal and spatial boundaries. The aim of this article is to analyze these transformations within the conditions of hybrid reality. This approach not only helps to understand current challenges in social communication but also makes it possible to formulate new research paradigms that reflect the changing conditions of the modern world.
