As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

• The text is an original thesis and violates no third-party rights.
• The text has not been published before and has not been accepted for printing by any other publishing house.
• The text meets formal and technical requirements defined in the guidelines for authors.
• With regard to the article, there is no ghostwriting or guest authorship within the meaning of the recommendations of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education.
